Thank you for your interest in

FiddleHead Films and our

current project, Adventurmentalism.

As an independent-documentary

filmmaker, my goal is to reflect

passion and honesty for the

subjects and personalities I

encapsulate on digital film.

I take personal interest in the

sociological and geo-political

agenda behind underrepresented

niches in international issues and

My first documentary, Adventurmentalism, is an interpersonal depiction of nature's influence on mental health issues derived from and Post-Traumatic Stress Disroder (PTSD) in combat veterans and suicide survivors (watch the full film here).

Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, the Sierra Mountain Range introduced me to endless aspects of nature and western history. My encounters with various species and landscapes across the Northwest region of the United States sparked an undying passion for understanding wildlife and how humans interact with the natural world. Currently, I live in Missoula, Montana, an epicenter of national wildlife focus which allows me direct access to the story of America's predatory species, policy makers and research.

My military enlistment began in 2005, at eighteen-years old. I served in the Army until 2012 as a Military Intelligence NCO across twelve countries and five continents. My experiences in combat have shaped the perspectives and stories depicted in my cinematography and how I choose to continue to serve the society I live in. The year following my Afghanistan deployment as an augmentee on the 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division's Intelligence Targeting Team, I retired from service and moved to Juneau, Alaska where I began my career in independent film.

Apart from film, my interests include: skiing, hiking, kayaking, canines and public service. My interest in film began in 2011 during the production of "Eye Witness War", a National Geographic subsiderery production which took interest in the combat footage and stories I carried home from war. I was not aware at the time, but the endless hours of footage I captured with my FLIP HD camera would be my ticket into the most influential medium of story-telling; Independent Film.
